By this mean we would like to remind you that the World Boxing Association will hold its 87th Annual Convention at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Hotel of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from September 29 to October 4, 2008.
Enclosed you will find the Registration form for our convention which you should fill up, send a copy to our office via e-mail and present the original at the Registration Desk. We would like to remind you that the final date to make your reservations is August 25, 2008. Enclosed you will find the form that you should fill and send to Turaser, travel agency:

Les recordamos a todos los miembros y asociados de la Asociación Mundial de Boxeo, nuestra próxima 87ª Convención Anual se llevará a cabo en el Hotel Barceló Bavaro Palace de Punta Cana, República Dominicana, del 29 de septiembre al 4 de octubre próximo.
Anexo encontrará el formato de Registro para esta 87ª Convención Anual de la Asociación Mundial de Boxeo.
Así mismo les recordamos que la fecha tope para hacer sus reservaciones es el 25 de agosto. Anexo encontrarán la planilla de solicitud de reservación, la cual deberán llenar y enviar a la agencia de viajes Turaser:
