The first Ultimate Nokaut event will be held on March 11, 2005 in Karlovac, Croatia. The event will feature

eight fights - 5 MMA bouts utilizing PRIDE rules and 3 Thai box bouts.

Fighters expected to participate are:

- Domagoj Ostojic (Cro Cop Team, 18-1 record in Thai box, seven times Croatian Tae Kwon Do champ)

- Igor Pokrajac (Cro Cop Team, winner of Durata Grand Prix last year in Zagreb)

- Sasa Mucnjak (Cro Cop Team)

Other Croatian fighters expected to participate are:

Igor Sijanec, Igor Mihaljevic, Neno Alilovic and Tomo Peretic.

American fighter Dave Phillips (7-0-0 in MMA, black belt in BJJ) will also participate, as well as Jacob

Draves (highly positioned at the recent PRIDE auditions). *Phillips will be going up against the above

mentioned Igor Sijanec.

From Serbia and Montenegro will arrive Damir Mihajlovic, Bojan Mihajlovic (Serbian BJJ champs) and

Dusko Basrak. Fighters representing Italy are Bernardo Serrini and Ihmad.
