Ultimate Cage Combat Inc. did not, and had nothing to do with the event that was held at SportZone, 3907

SW Burlingame Road, Topeka, KS on Saturday, September 9th, 2006. The promotion of that Sept 9th,

2006 event by Anthony Armstrong and Ultimate Cage Combat of Kansas, LLC using “UCC” and “Ultimate

Cage Combat” was without our permission and violated our copyrights. We made every attempt to protect

the fighters and public from being “taken in” by this copyright violation, and posted it on our web site

www.ultimatecagecombat.com weeks ago.

Ultimate Cage Combat, Inc is dedicated to providing MMA fans with high energy, professional shows and

we are dedicated to promoting the sport locally in Topeka, Kansas (our hometown) as well as all over

the Midwest. We do not want that Sept 9th event at SportZone to negatively impact Ultimate Cage Combat,

Inc., MMA events, the City of Topeka and the State of Kansas, and are doing our best to assure the local

MMA fans and the fighters that we are a professional and separate event and organization.

With this in mind, in a unified effort between Ultimate Cage Combat, Inc. and the Kansas Expocentre,

Ultimate Cage Combat Inc. we will be offering half price general admission seating for our September 16th

UCC “War Zone” event to all people who present a ticket stub from the September 9th show at the Kansas

Expocentre Box Office Saturday night at 7:00 PM, September 16, 2006.

More details will be posted on our web site along with some more ticket updates for other ticket holders

This is an ongoing process, and we understand the need to not provide accurate details, or impede any

investigations currently underway by the authorities. So we apologize for the lack of any other specifics, but

as soon as we get permission to release any further information from the other agencies and/or our attorney,
