Total Combat "Throwdown" Wesley “Cabbage” Correira vs. Loyd “Kadillac” Marshbanks

San Diego’s premier mixed martial arts promotion Total Combat returns to the Del Mar Fair Grounds Arena after its sellout event last March we had to move to a bigger venue. Total Combat presents THROWDOWN - Saturday, May 13th with grandstand seating - our 14th show is shaping up to be our best show yet.
Featuring two Main Events - First, UFC/K1/ROTR veteran Wesley “Cabbage” Correira (270lbs) is coming to the Mainland to give Loyd “Kadillac” Marshbanks (280lbs) a rematch in his own Backyard this time! Last time they met, Cabbage won by TKO in a back and forth fight that had Cabbage almost KOed in the opening exchange. The co-main event features the brutal Total Combat Lightweight Champion, Adam Lynn. Lynn will be facing off against Team Quest stand-out Ryan “The Lion” Schultz. And the striker from Tijuana, Mexico, Edwin Aguilar takes on the BJ Penn trained fighter Jay Carter. All of Carter’s wins have come by KO. And for the first time in history, California will have a sanctioned female Cage Fight. “Irish Angel” Crystal Harris will throwdown with Dayton Ohio’s Kellyn “Ms. Hybrid” Huehn.
Also on the card Jaime Varner from Arizona Combat Sports is looking to step-up and make a run at the Total Combat Lightweight Championship - But in his way is City Boxing’s Alex “Unbreakable” Garcia and he has other plans. And of course our Combat Dolls will keep the action going between fights! So come down to old Del Mar, where the turf meets the surf and the bodies hit the floor on May 13th! One thing you can bet on is that all these warriors are here to THOWDOWN!
