Pre-Register BY August 15th - Cost $30 a person (after August 15th, registration will be $40). Free event t-shirt for everyone that competes.
BBQ Lunch, Party and the UFC 54 LIVE on the Big Screen will be provided after the tournament.

We will have two divisions for adults, below two years and two years and above. We are going to do No-Gi for the teens and adults but The Kids will be in a Gi.
Points Takedown to sidemount - 3 points Throws, Takedowns - 2 points Sweeps - 2 points Pass the guard - 3 points Knee on the belly - 2 points Mount/taking the back - 4 points
Age Groups Children (5-16) Age 5-9, All Divisions - 3 minutes Age 10-14, All Divisions - 3 minutes Age 15-16, All Divisions - 4 minutes
Adult (17+) All Adults - 5 minutes
Weight Classes Kids and Juniors: All matches will be by closest weight, age and skill level Rooster 110-121 lbs. Super Feather 122-134 lbs. Feather 135-147 lbs. Light 148-160 lbs. Middle 161-173 lbs. Light Heavy 174-187 lbs. Heavy 188-205 lbs. Super Heavy 206-220 lbs. Unlimited 221 lbs and over (no weight-in necessary for unlimited class)
Rules Competitors may wear athletic shorts that do not have any zippers or meyal on them (board shorts, basketball style shorts, speedo shorts and NHB shorts). No jean shorts allowed. T-shits, wrestling singlets and a rash guard are allowed. Competitors may also choose to not wear a shirt or rash guard. Shirts, rash guards and singlets may be worn but may not be used to grab on to or to submit your opponent. Only wrestling shoes will be allowed. No other type of shoe will be allowed. No street shoes allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Joint lock or choke will be allowed. No small joint locks (finger or toes). Wrists locks and bicep locks will be allowed. No leg locks at all. No cervical guillotine or any spine locks will be allowed. Use of any leg locks, spinal or cervical lock will result in a disqualification.
The Fight Lab would like to let everyone know that they are welcome to come and compete. We are putting this on for everyone to have a good time.
