Super League announced that Shane Michael Chapman (New Zealand) has withdrawn from the September

24th middleweight tournament due to a leg injury (inflammation of the shin). Aalviar Lima (Cape Verde),

who was originally scheduled to fight in the reserve match, has been named as his replacement against

Jose Reis (Portugal). Luis Reis (Portugal) has now been named as Lima's replacement in the reserve
