Smack Girl kicked off their six-women openweight tournament today (November 29th) with two fighters

receiving a first round bye - Tama Chan (Tomoe-Gumi) and a fighter to be announced. The semi-final round

of the tournament will be held on March 11, 2007 with the finals being held on May 19, 2007 - both events

will be held at Shinjuku Face in Tokyo, Japan. Bouts were scheduled for two rounds (five minutes each

round) under Smack Girl Strike (SGS) rules unless noted.
