WBC Continental Americas Super Middleweight Title Bout

Ricardo Mayorga (28-6-1, 22 KOs) wins a majority decision over Fernando Vargas (26-5, 22 KOs)  -

Judges scored the bout 113-113, 114-112, 115-111 for Mayorga. Vargas downed in the first round and the

11th. Mayorga wins title. Vargas announced his retirement.
