Giovanni Lorenzo (27-1, 19KOs) wins by KO at 2:48 of the 2nd rd over Dionisio Miranda (19-4-2, 17KOs)

In the second round, Lorenzo landed a straight right that put Miranda down....and flat on his back.....and at

the count of eight, Miranda tried to get off his back and stand up but it was too late, the ref had reached the

count of 10.

IBF Cruiserweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

Tomasz Adamek (37-1, 25 KOs) wins by TKO at 1:30 of the 8th rd over Johnathon Banks (20-1, 14 KOs)

In the eighth round, Banks downed with a right - up at the count of five but was on weary legs.....the fight

resumed and Adamek pinned him in a corner and unloaded on him.....and as the ref jumped in to stop the

fight, Banks went down from two straight right, left hook combinations. Adamek retains title.
