Ring Of Fire 27

The MACHINE comes to RING OF FIRE

December 9, 2006

Tickets for the ROF 27: Collison Course event go on sale this Tuesday. The full card will be released

shortly, but currently the main event will feature Alvin "Kid" Robinson defending his 155 championship belt.

In the light heavyweight division, BJJ black belt Eliot Marshall takes on K-1 veteran and Muay Thai World

Champion Jeff Ford. At lightweight, two of ROF's work horses will finally meet as Colorado's Rocky

Johnson locks up with Nebraska's Luke "Lil Hulk" Caudillo. In K-1 Heavyweight action, Andre "The

Silencer" Walker returns to the ring after a long lay off. Capping off the undercard will be the 145 lb

Young Guns Championship. Two of the most popular fighters on the circuit will meet for the belt, as Ft.

Collins Joe Jesser (4-0) faces Boulder's Tyler Toner (3-0).

And as if that was not enough, ROF raises the bar again when it bring's UFC veteran Mark "The Machine"

Hominick to Colorado for the first time in a Superfight. Hominick is 7 time TKO World Champion, Canada's

largest MMA event. Earlier this year, The Machine made his UFC debut, where he shocked the MMA

world by finishing top ten fighter Yves Edwards at UFC 58. The exciting Canadian fighter is a product of

Shawn Tompkins who has coached fighters that have been victorious in UFC, PRIDE, K-1, IFL, KOTC and

Shoot Boxing Japan.
