RITC 73 set another Arizona attendance record (10, 132) despite being held opposite the UFC event

televised on Spike TV.

A lean and conditioned Kyle Brees returned to RITC action after a one year lay off to win bar arm bar

submission over a tough veteran fighter. This victory, in round 1, earned Brees Fighter of the Night (FOTN)

honors. Other candidates for FOTN honors were Rosco McClelland, Bob Calnin, Jeremiah Shivers,

Dominik Cruz, Ryan Potter, Richie Reyes, Danny Wren, Brian Bourgeois, Robert Davis and Hans

Marrero. Notable fighters in attendance were Mark Kerr, Homer "Rock" Moore, Edwin Dewees and

Ray Elbe.
