Caesars Palace Hosts Weigh-in And Press Conference For PRIDE Fighting Championships
October 21, 2006 Thomas & Mack Center Las Vegas, Nevada
What: Announcing its first American fight, PRIDE Fighting Championships will weigh-in its athletes and hold a press conference for “The Real Deal,” a mixed martial arts event scheduled for October 21 at the Thomas & Mack Center. Caesars Palace, celebrating 40 years as the Home of Champions, sponsors the fight and hosts the weigh-in and conference at its outdoor Roman Plaza amphitheater.
Who: CEO of Dream Stage Entertainment Nobuyuki Sakakibara, and “The Real Deal” headliners Fedor Emelianenko and Mark Coleman will discuss the October 21 event. All other participating athletes will weigh-in for fight qualifications.
When: Friday, October 20 Weigh-In: 4 p.m. Press Conference: 5 p.m.
