in & Rules brief 10 AM - 1:30 PM - WAMAI Cup Grappling - 8 Team Submission Wrestling Dual. 10:30 am - 1:00 PM WAMAI USA Pankration National Championships Adult Female: One Skill Level (14 yrs and older) Lightweight - Middleweight - Heavyweight 10:30 am - 1:00 PM - WAMAI USA Pankration National Championships Youth Divisions: Novice - 8 & under - 1 skill level Rookie - 8-10 yrs - 1 skill level Cadet - 11-13 yrs - 1 skill level Junior - 14-17 yrs (Male Only) Beginner & Advanced ( Some skill levels may be combined)
1:00 - 7 PM WAMAI USA Pankration National Championships Adult Men Pankration 1:00 - 3:00 PM - Men's Beginner: 9 weight classes (Carry Over double elimination tournament) 3:00 - 5:00 PM - Men's Intermediate: 9 weight classes (Double elimination tournament) 5:00 - 7:00 PM - Men's Advanced: 9 Weight Classes (USA WAMAI Pankration National Championship Belt Double elimination tournament)
