Pancrase has announced it will be holding two title bouts on their May 1st card. 5th generation middleweight

King of Pancrase champion Nathan Marquardt will battle the number one ranked Izuru Takeuchi in a

three round bout (five minutes each round). Also, a new welterweight champion will be crowned when

the 2nd ranked Katsuya Inoue faces the winner of the Hidehiko Hasegawa (# 1 \ SK Absolute) vs. Satoru

Kitaoka (# 7 \ Pancrase ism) bout to take place on March 6th.

Middleweight King of Pancrase Title Bout

Champ Nathan Marquardt (U.S.A./Colorado Stars) vs. #1 ranked Izuru Takeuchi (SK Absolute)

Welterweight King of Pancrase Title Bout

 2nd ranked Katsuya Inoue vs. winner of the Hasegawa \ Kitaoka bout on March 6th
