Schedule: - OTM Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Divisions run on Saturday (Must be weighed in and ready to compete by listed weigh-in times.) - Kids all divisions (8-14): Weigh in before 9am Compete at 10am - Juniors all divisions (15-17): Weigh in before 9:30am Compete at 11:30am - White Belt Executive & Masters: Weigh-in before 9am. Get ready for the Summer event everyone is talking about. Whether you compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling or Both, you don't want to miss the last tournament of the Summer.
All the packages and forms are all updated.
The tournament will be spread over two days with the BJJ divisions running on Saturday and the Submission Grappling divisions running on Sunday. Weigh-ins will start at 10am on Friday July 27th at the OTM Fight Shops in Hermosa Beach, Huntington Beach, Las Vegas and San Diego. The weigh-ins will end at 7pm and will resume the morning that you compete. If you are competing both days you only need to weigh-in one time. Weigh-ins will resume the morning of the event at 8am. Weigh-ins will close 2 hours BEFORE your division level is scheduled to compete. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Masters Divisions (40 years+) and Executive Divisions (30-39 years) have been filling up with more competitors with each passing event. If you fall into one of these categories please come out to have some fun and give one another more matches! We now Run the Masters at the beginning of each skill level followed by the Executives and fishing the divisions with the Adults so that the divisions don't overlap in case you are competing in both.
As always we NEVER charge extra money for the Open Divisions or to compete in both the Masters, Executives & Adults divisions if it applies.
Be sure to sign up for both the BJJ & Submission Grappling divisions to not only sharpen both skill sets but also to get more bang for your buck. At only $37.50 for each day, how could you not? Nowhere in the world can you go and compete in a world class event with the highest quality Awards, Trained Referees and a Knowledgeable staff for that price.
Don't miss the LAST tournament to sharpen you BJJ skills and stay on the Competitive edge utilizing the CBJJ point system to Prepare for the Mundials the following month.
If you compete in Submission Grappling this will be you last chance to compete until mid Fall.
For the Kids we added a 8-10 year old division to compliment the 11-14 year old division and the 15-17 year old Juniors division. The 8-10 year old and 11-14 year old divisions will be referred to as the Kids division. We also have split up the times the Kids and Juniors compete to keep from having the Parents and Family waiting around. We are also dedicating a additional mat to move the action along quicker.
