3 UFC Veterans To Fight For NAAFS Gold
Fight Nite in the Flats V - June 6th, 2009
(03/19/09 - Cleveland, OH) - For the past four years, Fight Nite in the Flats has been one of the most anticipated events in all of mixed martial arts and this year's edition will no doubt continue that tradition of excellence. Featuring the top athletes in the region, Fight Nite in the Flats has taken on a life of its own. This one event has become such an institution that fighters in both the Pro and National Amateur Series consider it to be a great honor just to compete on the card. On Saturday June 6th, Nautica Pavilion will once again play host to this great event, which for the past four years has featured some of the sport's greatest fighters, ready to break through to the cusp of greatness.

NAAFS Invades Columbus, Ohio This Friday
(03/11/09 - Columbus, OH) - The NAAFS is pleased to announce our return to Columbus, OH on Friday April 3rd, 2009 for Caged Vengeance 4! The Lifestyle's Community Pavilion will play host to a night of hard hitting MMA action, featuring the top stars of the NAAFS Pro & National Amateur Series. Headlined by Pro Series Heavyweight Title fight, this event promises to live up to the name Caged Vengeance!
In the main event, NAAFS Pro Series Heavyweight Champion Justin Black (8-1) of Wreckroom Athletics & Fight Farm makes his first title defense against Columbus' own Jason "The Monster" Riley (8-1) of Buckeye MMA. Black captured the gold by defeating Joe McCall at Columbus Night of Pain 4 by Arm Bar in the first round and is looking to continue his run in the division, but he will have to do so in enemy territory. Jason Riley is a native of Columbus and will like nothing more than to not only add the NAAFS Pro Series Heavyweight Title to his resume, but to do so in his own backyard.
