WAR ON THE SHORE 3 Photos & Results
The NAAFS' summer tradition continued, as once again The Cove on the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip played host to War on the Shore 3: The Summer's Biggest Bash. In addition to the battles inside the cage, the NAAFS Nation also held a collective battle against the elements as well. However, not even the threat of rain could stop what turned out to be a night of amazing fights that will no doubt have a profound impact on the 2009 National Amateur Series rankings.

ROCK 'N RUMBLE 3 "Monson vs. Sylvester" Full Fight Card Released
The NAAFS has released its full line-up of bouts for the highly anticipated Rock N Rumble 3 card scheduled for August 29th in Cleveland, OH. This event is headlined by UFC vet Jeff Monson as he makes his NAAFS debut against Tony Sylvester (10-2) in what many fans are calling the most stacked NAAFS fight card of the year. DUELL SIGNS 3 FIGHT DEAL WITH NAAFS
Nick Duell has signed a 3-fight deal with the NAAFS. Full Terms of the deal were not disclosed however the contract calls for 3 bouts in the series as part of a non exclusive deal. Duell will be permitted to field offers from a select group of out of state promotions assuming they do not conflict with scheduled bouts in the NAAFS.

National Amateur Series Rankings Updated
With the 2009 amateur series at its halfway point, things are heating up as many of the top amateurs in the counrry battle for a good seed in hopes of cracking the top 4 and a shot at the semis this October 9th at the IX Center in Cleveland, OH. The winners will then move on to the national amateur finals at the John S Knight Center in Akron on December 5th.
