The show was held at The Farmers Public Market in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - The venue is very old and it

gave it a special feel. The Farmers Public Market is host to many boxing and kickboxing events. Attendance

looked to be about 700. Another great show for Uncooked promotions as they match-up the fighters very well

and there were no mismatches. During the event, they brought out pro fighter Wayne Cole (record

announced as 6-2) to promote a OKC MMA show on August 12th. No mention of who his opponent will be.

Fight 1 - 145 lb. Bout

Mark Newcomb wins by second round TKO (strikes) over Chris Kuntschik

Newcomb (1-1) defeated Kuntschik (0-1) in the second round by referee stoppage due to strikes. In the first

round, Kuntschik tried for a knee bar but Newcomb swarmed him with ground & pound. The second round

started with Kuntschik coming out strong before being taken down. The referee let this fight go for a long

time with Kuntschik taking many blows before the stoppage came.

Fight 2

Mike McCabe wins by first round submission (arm bar) over Chris Bowels

The 156 lb. McCabe won his pro debut with a first round arm bar over the 153 lb. Bowles who is now 1-2.

Bowels was doing good from the start, taking it to the ground - then they were stood up and McCabe landed

some big punches. McCabe was able to secure the arm bar after a little time on the ground. McCabe was

very impressive in his first pro fight and came into the bout in great shape.

Fight 3

Brian Foster wins by first round Knockout over Deric Harris

Foster won his pro debut with a devastating first round Knockout over the now 1-2 Harris. Both men weighed

in at 166 lbs. Harris was taken down with a big judo side hip throw seconds into the bout. Harris was able to

use his experience to scramble out but was tagged with a gigantic punch that put him on the canvas face

first like he had been shot.

Fight 4

Jeff Davis wins by first round submission (verbal) over Mathew Clary

The 175 lb. Davis won his pro debut with a first round verbal submission due to an eye injury over 175 lb.

Clary who is now 0-3. Davis was nailed with a picture perfect right hand at the very start. After they went to

the ground, something happened and Clary was seen verbally submitting. The crowd didn't like the outcome

at first but the announcer (the best in this area) explained the outcome and everyone calmed down.

Fight 5

Kevin Adams wins by first round submission (arm bar) over Clinton Bonds

The 185 lb. Adams improved his record to 2-0 with a first round arm bar over the 182 lb. Bonds who dropped

to 1-6. Bonds came into this bout full of energy and got the crowd pumped up with it. Bonds was taken down

with a huge over the head slam. Adams then pounded him in half guard until getting the arm bar. Bonds tried

his best to roll out of it but still had to tap.

Fight 6

Jason Anderson wins by first round submission (arm bar) over Jake Phllips

The 168 lb. Anderson picked up his first win (now 1-4) with a first round arm bar over the 167 lb. Phllips

(out of Team Pimpin' out of Kansas in his pro debut). The fight went straight to the ground with Phllips taking

control at first but he lost it and then had the arm bar applied to him.

Fight 7

Leo Bugaj wins by second round submission (guillotine choke) over Mark Newcomb

2x State high school wrestler Leo Bugaj, 143 lbs. of El Reno, Oklahoma (they are multiple state champions)

won his pro debut in impressive fashion with a second round guillotine choke over fight 1 winner Mark

Newcomb, now 1-2. The Bugaj brothers seemed like the main draws for the event as they had huge cheering

sections for them. Leo started the bout by taking Newcomb to the ground with a humongous belly to belly

suplex. Once on the ground, Leo started landing elbows and knees to the body to end the first round. In the

second, Leo looked a little hesitant and was hit with some good punches. He eventually took Newcomb

down where he was able to secure the choke.

Fight 8

Roman Bugaj wins by first round submission (strikes) over Mike McCabe

State wrestler Roman Bugaj, 159 lbs., won his pro debut in the first round by tap out due to strikes over fight

2 winner Mike McCabe (who drops to 1-1). Roman used his wrestling skills to take McCabe down,

then landed many blows from the mount for the ending. A very competitive short fight.

Fight 9

Jeff Davis wins by third round submission (choke) over Brian Foster

Fight 4 winner Jeff Davis went to 2-0 with a third round choke over fight 3 winner Brian Foster who is now

1-1. This was the fight of the night as both gave it their all. Davis started out landing a nice knee but was

taken down in a guillotine choke. He was able to escape and they fought a great stand-up battle for the rest

of the round. Towards the end of the first, Foster landed a vicious kick to the face that echoed throughout the

building while Davis was on the ground. I guess it was legal because the referee didn't do anything to

suggest otherwise. Round two was a scramble with neither getting the advantage as they both had the same

skill level. Round three started with both still looking very aggressive before it hit the ground and Davis got

the choke for the win. Both fighters showed tremendous hart in this bout and won over the entire audience.

Fight 10

Kevin Adams wins a three round split decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29) over Tyler Stinson

Fight 5 winner Kevin Adams moved his record to 3-0 with a three round split decision over Kansas Team

Pimpin' fighter Tyler Stinson (181 lbs) who was making his pro debut. This bout was very close. In the

second round, Stinson secured an arm bar but Adams stood up and swung him around like a pro wrestler

doing a pendulum move. I had never seen anything like it.

Fight 11 - Main Event

Troy Allison wins by first round TKO over Ronald Stackhouse

Allison won his pro debut with a first round TKO from a body kick over the 214 lb. Stackhouse who is now

1-2. There wasn't much to this fight...but it was hard to follow the last two bouts because they were so good.

Stackhouse ate one kick before being hit with the body kick. It was a weird looking ending as Stackhouse

went to the ground and looked to the referee to stop it. Unfortunately, and while not common, there was a

fight outside the ring at the end of the bout when the fans were heckling Stackhouse and his girlfriend

attacked some of them. The girlfriends drama continued outside with security as more fans said stuff getting

the entire Stackhouse entourage angry. It went on for more then an hour. And just as an observation -

judging by the reaction of the crowd and what not, I don't think there would be any objection if Stackhouse

and his girlfriend never returned to the promotion.
