‘The New Breed 4’

Matt Hand and Dane Bowers are bringing Christmas early to the New Breed fans!!  If you attended New

Breed 3 in Bath you witnessed eleven action packed fights.  There were punches, kicks, submissions and

knockouts. The Knuckle Up/New Breed team will once again bring an MMA explosion to the beautiful Bath

Pavilion on November 27, 2010.

There will be familiar faces from past events such as MMA all rounder Grant Harris, grappling ace Maximus

Witkowski, stand out Stuart Davies, and the man, the myth, the legend Wesley Murch!  However, hot on

their heels will be new competitors who will want to put their mark on the New Breed fans.  This is definitely

an event you will not want to miss as all fighters have told me that “Losing is not an option”!

The Knuckle Up/New Breed promotion has quickly become one of the premier shows in the U.K.  It

showcases up and coming amateurs and already established pro fighters.  Start your night off with bang and

don’t miss out on the most exciting sport in the country at New Breed 4.

Below are some highlights of fighters scheduled to appear on the New Breed 4.

Grant Harris: Grant is carving his way through the Light Weight division in a very short space of time, and

made his last appearance at Knuckleup New Breed 3.  He was very game and looked like a seasoned pro.

Grant is a thinking man’s fighter as he looks to dissect his opponent focusing on their weakness.  He has

sharp and explosive stand up and his ground is smooth and technical.  He has only one loss in six bouts

and will be looking to continue with his winning ways.  Never one to leave any stone unturned he always

shows up in incredible shape and if needed can go for the full 3 X 5 minute rounds.  This is definitely a fighter

that is on the verge of big things in MMA.

Daniel James:  Dan is coming off a long absence from professional MMA, having only fought once in the

last year. He made his last appearance on the coveted Knuckleup at the Manor event which saw him take

on Antanas Jazbutis and narrowly lost via decision following a 3 round war. Dan has a strong chin and just

keeps on coming, he is relentless in his attacks and does not take his foot off the throttle. Dan feels that this

is his time to blast back onto the Light weight scene and plans to do it in style.

Stuart Davies:  Is coming off a spectacular submission win over Scott Jansen earlier this year (September).

He looked much improved off of his back and has always had a solid stand up game.  Davies can mix it up

on his feet with punches, knees, kicks, and elbows.  He will be coming into this fight full of confidence and is

will look to impose his will through his strong Thai Boxing.

Wesley Murch:  This fighter has been competing in MMA since its beginning in the U.K.  He is a war-tested

veteran and has been in with the best.  He is known for his takedowns and overall ground control and has

shown much improved boxing skills.  He comes off of a dominate win where he produced a flawless victory in

the first round.  Wesley is a dangerous fighter in that he is always improving and has been getting better with

each bout.  He is a colorful character and this translates in his fights.  He is never one to look for a decision

and he will always go for the win by KO or tap out.

Maximus Witkowski:  His last bout with Tom Bradley was action packed from start to finish.  He is a fan

favorite and this fight could have taken “Fight of the Night”.  He is a Gracie Barra fighter and is very slick and

confident on the floor.  His opponents usually try to keep the fight standing up as Witkowski is a submission

machine on the ground.  Keep your eyes open for this fighter as he is always fast paced and very

entertaining to watch.

This event is guaranteed to be a sell out and a massive success, and for those of you that are planning on

attending you will not be disappointed!!
