Knuckleup has fast become a new driving force behind UK MMA and returns this month with ‘Defiance’ at

the waterfront arena, Old Billingsgate, London.

Organisers, Matthew Hand and Dane Bowers continue their 2010 campaign with an action packed 12 bout

fight card, including:

Bantamweight Title Fight: James Doolan vs. Leigh Remedios

Lightweight Title Fight: Daniel Thomas vs. Matt Sellers

Featherweight Title Fight: Danny Batten vs. Oliver Pastor

The end of 2009 saw the critically acclaimed “Knuckleup at the Manor” show, which was highlighted by the

epic main event between the recent Bellator FC signee “Judo” Jim Wallhead and former UFC “Ultimate

Fighter” season 9 participant Che Mills. ‘Knuckleup then kickstarted 2010 with the recent UK MMA smash

hit Knuckleup "Origin" at the high tech Centaur arena in Cheltenham Racecourse. This mind blowing event

saw 13 bouts of pure professional MMA action which wowed the capacity crowd of 2000 appreciating MMA

fans, and was broadcast the following week on Sky Sports.

Once again Matt and Dane promise to bring a unique vision to a brand new venue which features three

Knuckleup Title fights, two members of the 2009 English M-1 Challenge team, a Shooto Japan veteran, an

unbeaten Welterweight prodigy and a former UFC veteran.

With an exciting fight card, Knuckleup hope to raise the expectations and level of UK MMA once again,

with a night unlike any other in UK MMA history. In addition to the three high energy title fights, Knuckleup

promises a stacked undercard which features some of the UK’s best up-and-coming talent - all set in

spectacular surroundings.
