K-1 World Max Results World Championship Tournament - Final 8

The tournament semi-finals & final will be held on October 1st at the Nippon Budokan. Bouts for the July 7th event were scheduled for three rounds (three minutes each round) with a one round extension unless noted.
Fight 1 - K-1 Youth Rules Bout (no ext. rd.) Denis Telitsa wins by knockout (right hook) at 1:16 of the second round over Hirotaka Urabe
Fight 2 - K-1 Youth Rules Bout (no ext. rd.) Kizaemon Saiga wins by knockout (left high kick) at 1:39 of the second round over Tyron Van Wyk
Fight 3 - Opening Bout Alviar Lima wins by TKO (doctor stoppage) at the end of the second round over Mark Vogel
Fight 4 - Opening Bout Hiroyuki Oowatari wins by TKO (cut) at 1:53 of the first round over MASAKI
Fight 5 - Super Fight Albert Kraus wins by TKO (doctor stoppage due to cut) at the end of the third round over Mike Zambidis After three rounds, the judges had it scored 29-29, 29-28 Zambidis, 29-29 a majority draw.
Fight 6 - K-1 World Max Tournament Quarter-Final Bout - Bracket A Artur Kyshenko wins a unanimous decision (29-28, 30-28, 30-28) over Yasuhiro Kido
