According to Sporrtsnavi, K-1 has stripped Badr Hari of his K-1 heavyweight title and he has forfeited his

entire runner-up & fight purse for his blatant foul on Remy Bonjasky in the K-1 GP Final on December 6th.

Hari has accepted the ruling and he hopes to be able to make up for his actions as soon as possible (he's

currently scheduled to participate in the K-1 World GP 2009 In Yokohama on March 28, 2009).

Mitsugu Noda wins by knockout at 2:49 of the second round over Tsutomu Takahagi

Badr Hari wins by TKO at 1:39 of the second round over Peter Aerts

Errol Zimmerman wins a three round majority decision (27-27, 29-27, 28-27) over Ewerton Teixeira

Gokhan Saki wins a three round unanimous decision (30-28, 30-27, 29-28) over Ruslan Karaev

Badr Hari wins by knockout (straight right \ counted out) at 2:15 of the third round over Errol Zimmerman

Remy Bonjasky wins by knockout (jumping round kick to body) at :53 of the 2nd rd over Gokhan Saki   

 

Fight 11 - K-1 World GP 2008 Tournament Final

Remy Bonjasky wins by disqualification at :53 of the second round over Badr Hari

In the first round, Hari downed with a left (sat until the count of eight). In the second round, Hari penalized a

point after he and Bonjasky fell over with Hari on top and Bonjasky on the bottom (on his back) and Hari lost

his cool and hit and foot stomped a downed Bonjasky......Bonjasky was given five minutes to recuperate and

was complaining of a right eye injury (seeing double).......after review, Hari was disqualified. Bonjasky 2008

K-1 World Grand Prix Champion.
