K-1 announced that former boxing Japanese middleweight champion Satoru Suzuki (23-6, 15 KOs) and

former boxing Japanese Jr. middleweight champion Akira Ohigashi (39-8-3, 26 KOs) have been added

to their K-1 Max event on October 12th. No match-ups have been announced but Suzuki expressed he'd like

to face Mike Zambidis while Ohigashi expressed he'd like to face Albert Kraus according to sportsnavi.
