King of the Cage veteran and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt Joe "Plentee of Skillz" Camacho is now

teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA at High Energy Fitness (95 North Arroyo Parkway) in Old Town

Pasadena on the corner of Arroyo Parkway and Holly.

The Fitness Center is a two story facility offering weights, treadmills, and many other varieties of fitness

programs including Cardio Kickboxing, kickboxing, Boxing and Capoeira.

Joe will be teaching:

- Mondays at 7:30pm

- Wednesdays at 8:30pm

- Fridays at 7:30pm

Joe will also have a free open mat on Sundays starting at 12:30pm - so go check him out.
