- Special Thanks go out to Jimmy Boogaloo and Ironlife.com for the following:
Mike Bisping Interview
Jimmy Boogaloo: When did you first get into MMA?
Mike Bisping: The summer of 2003... I've been doing traditional martial arts since I was 8 years old. Then, when I was 18 or 19 years old, I stopped training altogether. I had a few years off and then I bumped into one of my old coaches who was training MMA. I went down and had a few sessions with him and he said he'd sponsor me, for training, you know, he thought I could make a go of it if I wanted to turn pro full time. So that's what happened and here we are today.
Jimmy Boogaloo: What's the best thing about being an MMA fighter in your opinion?
Mike Bisping: I'm fortunate enough... I just about make a living off it, you know, I can do full time... so it's a job I love, do you know what I mean? I've never been so happy in my life to be honest; I've had my fair share of crappy jobs in the past, so at the moment it's just great that I have a job that I love so much.

Cagewarriors Strike Force 4 - Night of Champions Preview
Mike 'The Count' Bisping vs. Ross 'The Gladiator' Pointon The Cagewarriors promotion returns to the Coventry Skydome on 26th November with Cagewarriors Strike Force 4 – Night of Champions. The night is scheduled to feature nine bouts, all of which have a Cagewarriors title at stake. One fight in particular has been hotly anticipated, on and off the internet, and promises to produce an action packed fight as Mike Bisping from the Wolfslair (Liverpool) defends his Light-Heavyweight title against challenger, Ross Pointon, of the Gladiator's Gym (Stoke-on-Trent).
Despite being stripped of his Cage Rage title due to a managerial dispute, Mike Bisping has been tearing up the LHW division recently. He has defended his Cagewarriors title in brutal fashion, by quickly pounding Miika Mehmet and, most recently, by bashing the tough Norwegian, Jakob Lovstad, into submission with punches in their clash at Strike Force 3, back on 1st October.
