Spotlight Gym of the Month – Bueikan Dojo

As some of you might know, I currently live and train in Osaka, Japan. During my 6 some odd years of being

here, a lot of people have asked me what it's like to train MMA here. I tried to cover this in my three part

series about Training MMA in Japan. The links can be found at the end of this article.

However, I'm going to try something new – a spotlight piece on various gyms in the Kansai area (Osaka,

Kyoto, and Kobe) where I live. First up is Bueikan dojo, located in Sakai city (about 10 minutes by train

from Namba) and headed by Satoshi Fukuoka. A more detailed map can be found here.
