Vernon Forrest

Professional boxer Vernon Forrest, who may be best remembered for his two wins over "Sugar" Shane

Mosley in 2002 for the WBC welterweight title, was shot and killed on Saturday night in Atlanta, Georgia in

what local media is describing as a robbery gone bad. Forrest was 38 years old.
