Jason Litzau (28-2, 21 KOs) wins a split decision over Celestino Caballero (34-3, 23 KOs) - Judges

scored the bout 96-94, 94-96, 97-93 for Litzau.

WBC Welterweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

Andre Berto (27-0, 21 KOs) wins by TKO at 2:07 of the 1st rd over Freddy Hernandez (29-2, 20 KOs)

In the first round, Hernandez downed with a right - got up at the count of five. As the ref finished the eight

count, he took a good look at Hernandez and decided to stop the bout to the protest of Hernandez who was

saying he was fine. Berto retains title.

WBA \ WBO Lightweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

Juan Manuel Marquez (52-5-1, 38 KOs) wins by TKO, 2:14 9th rd over Michael Katsidis (27-3, 22 KOs)

In the third round, Marquez downed with a left hook (up at the count of four). The fight resumed and Marquez

recovered and at the end of the round, was giving as good, if not a bit better than he was receiving. In the

ninth round, Katsidis started to slow down after giving a good account of himself throughout the fight but

Marquez started to find his range and started to hit Katsidis at will. Katsidis was hanging in there as best he

could but the ref had seen Katsidis take enough punishment and stopped the bout. Marquez retains title.
