Before the sixth round started, Zaveck's corner stopped the bout because of a swollen right eye (swollen

shut) plus two cuts (one above each eye) on Zaveck (who was royally ticked off because the fight was

stopped). Berto wins title from Zaveck.

IBO Super Middleweight Title Bout (12 Rds) - Not televised

Thomas Oosthuizen (16-0-1, 11 KOs) wins a unanimous decision over Aaron Pryor Jr. (16-4, 11 KOs) -
