On Friday, August 5th, GYM and East boxing club presents at the Chapiteau of CCSE in Montreal, the first PRO-AM show of "The new generation". The upcoming show on august 5th, will feature the super featherweight ranking 9 at WBA , Arash Usmanee (14-0, 7KO's). Also, two young and exciting super featherweight prospect Kevin Lavallee (4-0-1, 4KO's) and Ibrahim Kamal (3-0,3KO's)plus Saint-Hyacinthe’s Michael Gadbois (2-0). The entire show will be broadcast live on GFL.TV.
Arash Usmanee is an exciting talent who goes to war in every fight. He has a great story. Born into a culture of violence in Afghanistan, Arash was just 3 when his father was killed in a rocket attack. With what was left of his family, Arash's mother moved him and his siblings to Canada.
Overcoming adversity, dealing with a different way of life in Red Deer, Alberta, and not speaking any English, Arash found boxing. With a ton of desire and determination, he rapidly moved through the amateur ranks, eventually winning five national titles en route to a record of 130 wins and just 20 defeats Entering his 3rd year as a professional, he has put together a record of 14-0 with 7 wins by way of knock out. With his crowd pleasing style and the heart of a champion, he's sure to win the hearts of your viewers.
