Gladiator Challenge presents its brand of MMA fights tonight at the Win

River Casino, and UFC light heavyweight Ryan Bader will be appearing

live! Here is an excerpt from an exclusive interview with Bader from

gladiatorchallenge.com:

- Who do you see winning between Randy Couture and Brandon Vera at UFC 105?

That’s a tough one. Vera is very tough, and definitely has the skill set of an elite striker. He’ll be quicker than

most of Randy’s recent opponents. But I have to go with Randy because you can just never count him out.

He’s a wrestler, and I don’t think Vera will have the ground skills to cope with the pressure Randy will be. It’ll

be a tough fight, but I’ve got to go with Randy.

- You will be appearing live at this Thursday’s Gladiator Challenge event. What are your thoughts on that?

I’m cornering Ryan Bastianelli, one of my teammates, so I'm excited about that. Ryan’s coming off a loss,

but he’s a tough dude, and he’s going to bounce back. Plus it’s always good to get out to events and hang

out with my fans. And I love going to the smaller shows because the guys there go completely all-out, and

that’s entertaining. I’m not one of the guys that sits back in a chair and doesn’t participate; I like to meet

and greet everyone I can.

- What is your opinion of Gladiator Challenge?

I know guys that have fought there. I haven’t fought there, but a lot of my friends have. I’ve heard nothing but

good things about the promotion and Tedd Williams, and I think it’s one of the better smaller promotions out

there.

- Any messages you want to leave with your fans?

I’d like everyone to visit RyanBader.com, as I put a lot of content up, including about stuff about training and

my personal life. I have video of Gladiator Challenge on there. Fans can go check it out to see what I’m up

to, as well as my training partners. And I hope to see you all tomorrow at the fights, it’ll be a good time!
