Results of GC's "Malicious \ " Tachi Palace Fights' "Brawl in the Hall" This Thursday

This Thursday, December 3rd, Tachi Palace Fights presents "The Brawl in the Hall." The event will feature a

main event of Coarsegold, CA native and StrikeForce/Gladiator Challenge veteran Anthony Ruiz (22-13)

taking on Paris, France’s UFC veteran Xavier Foupa-Pokam (20-11) in an anticipated match-up. The co-main

event will feature well-known featherweight Eddie Yagin (13-3-1) clashing with former UFC fighter Diego

Saraiva (13-8-1). In a pair of featured bouts, Paris, France’s Cyrille Diabate (14-6-1), a former coach on Spike

TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter” and veteran of PRIDE, battles veteran light heavyweight Rob Smith (20-13-1),

while up-and-coming flyweight sensation and Oxnard native Ulysses Gomez (4-1) takes on Chino Nicholas

(4-0).

purchased at the Tachi Palace Gift Shop and start at a low price of just $30 for general admission seating.

 

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and fights start at 6:30 p.m. The weigh-ins will take place at the Den

Sports Bar located on the third floor of the Palace. Weighins are slated to begin at 5 p.m. and fans are

encouraged to come mingle with the fighters.

 

Also, here are the full results of the November 21st Gladiator Challenge event, "Malicious," which took place

in Elko, Nevada:

 

- Trevor Camson defeated Lionel Tom at 1:31 of the 1st round by TKO via strikes

- Michael Stewart quickly conquered Jacob Peterson at 0:21 of the 1st round

- Juan Lopez TKO’d Miguel Espitia at 1:53 of the 1st round

- Jon Crowder finished off Kevin Ayers at 1:51 of the 1st round

- Colby Por ter tapped out Tyler Newman at 1:21 of the 1st round

- Chris Crowder coaxed a verbal tapout from Raul Rocha 1:38 into the 1st round

- Justin Staley submitted Carlos Sanchez at 1:07 of the 2nd round

- Daryl Terry beat Josh Vazquez at 1:50 of the 1st round

- Kyle Dimmitt got the win over Tyler Richardson at 2:20 of the 2nd round via tapout

- Jimmy Cenlis garnered the victory over Michael Wright at 2:40 of the 1st round

- Miguel Gomez knocked out Jake Adams at 2:30 of the 1st round

- In the main event, Jack Montgomery got Gabriel Miranda to surrender by tapout at 2:11 of the 1st round
