Heavyweight Bout (10 Rds) Evander Holyfield (39-8-2, 26KOs) wins by TKO at 2:56 of the 2nd rd over Jeremy Bates (21-12-1, 18KOs) The end came when Holyfield just swarmed Bates with punches and Bates had nothing in response - the ref jumped in and stopped the bout.
