- Pascal retains NABO title and wins NABF and NABA titles.

IBF Jr. Welterweight Title Eliminator Bout (12 Rds)

Herman Ngoudjo (16-1, 9 KO) wins a split decision over Randall Bailey (35-6, 32 KOs) - Judges scored

the bout 115-112 Bailey, 115-112 Ngoudjo, 114-112 Ngoudjo. About midway through the first round, Bailey

downed with a left hook (up immediately) - looked like Bailey was more off balance when he got hit with the

left hook. With about a minute left in the second round, Ngoudjo was hit with a looping left hook as he was

getting ready to throw a right hook that caused him to turn and stumble forward with his left glove touching

the canvas - it was counted as a knockdown and Ngoudjo received a standing eight count. During round

three, it started to rain on the outdoor venue (luckily, the ring itself was covered). During round four, the rain

came down harder. Before round five, the lights were off around the ring - The bell rung to start round five and

the ref called time to discuss whether they were to continue or not without lights. Then all the lights were off

for a few seconds, then the crowd of about 9,000 cheered as the rings lights came back on and the fifth

round was started.
