the bout 77-75, 78-74, 80-72 for Perez.

Welterweight Bout (6 Rds)

Sadam Ali (8-0, 4 KOs) wins by TKO at 1:14 of the third round over Julias Edmonds (7-8)

In the first round, Edmonds downed with a right uppercut (up right away). In the second round, Edmonds

downed with a combo (up right away). In the third round, Edmonds was against the ropes as Ali was

peppering him with shots when the ref had seen enough and stopped the bout.

Jr. Welterweight Bout (10 Rds)

Zab Judah (39-6, 27 KO’s) wins by TKO at 2:33, 3rd rd over Jose Armando Santa Cruz (28-5, 17 KO’s)

In the third round, Cruz downed with a left uppercut (up at the count of seven). The fight resumed and Judah

pounced on Cruz against the ropes and the ref jumped in and stopped the bout.
