Under the patronage of Sheikh Zayed Bin Mohamad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Emirates Brazilian Jiu-

Jitsu Team and the Head Coach Carlos Santos are once again making history in the fight world. They are

sending six Emirates Team local members and one coach to do camping in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu world capital. In these two months, they will be training in the Brazilian Top Team Club,

one of the five bigger fight clubs in the world, and competing in some Brazilian local tournaments.

Carlos says: I believe in these 2 months of "Jiu-Jitsu immersion" in Brazil they will learn the same as they

would in a whole year here in the UAE. They will have a full time contact with Jiu-Jitsu and as well they will

be training with lots of different coaches and players, learning different stiles and improving their techniques.

I hope that this camping will became more common after this first experience and we can send more players

to do the same in a near future.
