Dominion Warrior Esh’Chadar “The Dispossessor” Brown Ton Dominion Warrior Heavyweight World Champion -Esh'Chadar Brown Ton with S-1 Promoter Siraphop Ratanasuban, Songchai Jr. at weigh-in for WMC S-1 World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.
Dallas, Texas - Dominion Warrior and S-1 USA Champion Esh’Chadar “The Dispossessor” Brown Ton fought a great fight in the WMC S-1 Super-8 championships.
For the first time in Thailand, the WMC S-1 Super-8 for the Super Heavyweight title was contended. This was a contest unparalleled in excitement as some of the best Super Heavyweights from around the world came to Bangkok for the title. Esh’Chadar Brown Ton of the United States fought against Vukota Mirkovic of Germany for a hard three rounds in the most explosive match of the elimination tournament.
Comments from the S-1 promoters were that the match between Germany and the United States was the best match of the entire night. Brown Ton was the aggressor while Vukota kept pace.
In the third round of the fight the attention of the referee was drawn away and Esh’Chadar unintentionally received a kick to the groin. If he did not continue after the eight count the match would have been counted as a knock out, so he continued to fight not getting the time to recover.
Vukota was selected to move on to the next round, but could not fight in the semi-final match because of the injuries he received from Brown Ton. The WMC then offered Esh’Chadar Brown Ton the opportunity to continue in the elimination tournament, but he declined the offer. Brown Ton says “I make no excuses. My breathing was not at my optimum.”
S-1 Promoter Songchai Ratanasuban and WMC President Stephan Fox both congratulated Esh’Chadar on a great fight and said they understood his decision not to continue recognizing that he was not feeling well due to bronchitis. Songchai then extended an invitation to Mr. Brown Ton to return next year to compete in the S-1 World Championships.
