Featherweight Tournament

DEEP will be holding an eight-man featherweight tournament on their October 8th card, DEEP 21st Impact,

with the winner being crowned the new featherweight champion. Among the eight fighters vying for the title

are ZST \ PRIDE Bushido veteran Masakazu Imanari, IKUSA \ PRIDE Bushido veteran Taisho, UFC \

D.O.G. veteran Mike Thomas Brown, PRIDE Bushido veteran Fabio Mello, Pancrase \ PRIDE Bushido

veteran Yoshiro Maeda, ZST veteran Atsuhiro Tsuboi, and D.O.G. veteran Takeshi Yamazaki. Rounding

out the field will be boxer Muangfahlek Kiatwichien - a Thailand Super Featherweight champion and

ranked # 8 by the OPBF - Oriental & Pacific Boxing Federation (associated with WBC).

Expected to participate in Featherweight Tournament:
