Mike Alvarado (23-0, 16 KOs) wins by TKO at 2:17 of the 4th rd over Manuel Garnica (24-10, 12 KOs)

In the fourth round, Alvarado landed a left and Garnica went down - Garnica tried to get up at the count of

eight but ended up falling back into the ropes and finally made it to his feet at the count of 10 but it was too

late - the ref decided to stop the bout.

Featherweight Bout (4 Rds)

Jerry Belmontes (4-0, 1 KO) wins a unanimous decision over Jairo Delgado (2-2, 1 KO) - Judges scored

the bout 40-34, 40-34, 40-34 for Belmontes. In the first round, Delgado downed with a left (up by the count of

three). In the second round, Delgado downed with a right (up right away).
