Cuevas hurt by a left and went down from a left, right, left combo and was out on his back for a bit but was

finally able to get up and walk around after being attended to by the ringside doctors.

Welterweight Bout (6 Rds)

Michael Medina (15-0-2, 12 KOs) wins a split decision over Bernardo Guereca (14-7-1, 3 KOs) - Judges

scored the bout 58-56 Medina, 58-56 Guereca, 60-54 Medina.

Super Bantamweight Bout (10 Rds)

Juan Carlos Salgado (18-0-1, 13 KOs) wins a unanimous decision over Ivan Valle (24-9-1, 20 KOs) -

Judges scored the bout 94-93, 97-90, 95-92 for Salgado. In the fifth round, Salgado was penalized a point for

low blows. Valle was also penalize a point for an intentional low blow. In the ninth round, Valle penalized a

point for rabbit punches.
