count on his knee and ended up standing at the count of 10 - too late, the ref called the bout to Elizondo's

protest.

IBF Light Flyweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

Ulises Solis (24-1-2, 18 KOs) wins by TKO at 1:13 of the 8th rd over Rodel Mayol (23-1, 18 KOs) - Solis

retains title. In the eighth round, Mayol caught with a right hook, went down, tried to get up, finally did,

stumbled and the ref stopped the bout.

WBO Latino Super Bantamweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

Juan Manuel Lopez (19-0, 17 KOs) wins by TKO (cut) at 1:12 of the 10th over Hugo Dianzo (31-12-1,15 KOs)

- Lopez retains title.

WBC Lightweight Title Bout (12 Rds)

David Diaz (33-1-1, 17 KOs) wins a unanimous decision over Erik Morales (48-6, 34 KOs) - Judges scored

the bout 114-113, 115-112, 115-113 for Diaz. Diaz retains title. Diaz downed in the first round with a right

hook (up right away). Morales announces that this will be his last fight.
