(Tacoma, WA) Brian Halquist Productions and the Emerald Queen Casino present Guns N’ Hoses, Saturday, September 18, 2010. This charity boxing event promises to be a knockout as local police officers and fire fighters go head to head to raise money for the Pacific Northwest Amateur Boxing Association and other local charities.
In the main event, returning fighter, Jeremy “Don’t Stop the fight because I’m bleeding ref” Prater from the Lakewood Police Department will face Thurmon Bibbens from the Vancouver Police Department. These two heavyweights will go toe to toe in what promises to be a war from start to finish.
In the Co Main event, crowd favorites, Andrew Hankins from the Tacoma Police Department and Jeff “The Burien Barbarian” Paynter from the Lakewood Police Department will duel it out for pride and bragging rights.
Highlighting the 10 undercard bouts is current Ringside National Heavyweight Champion Zsolt “The Jolt” Dornay from the Seattle Police Department. Dornay will be entering his 30th amateur fight and will face a very tough Levie Punnell in this must see special attraction.
“It’s amazing at the effort that these guys bring to the ring,” said promoter Brian Halquist. “They go out there year after year and put on a great show!”
