Fight Fans in attendance on April 1st will witness some of the best local talent California has to offer, as The Battle in the Ballroom Fight Series is set to take its show to new heights. MMA and Boxing enthusiasts will not only be treated to an action packed, 7-bout card consisting of 6 Boxing bouts and 2 MMA fights, all attendees will also enjoy a free VIP- ass to our after-party at Sutra Lounge (a $20 value) with any ticket purchase.

Ballroom fight fans will have the pleasure of seeing two explosive MMA bouts. Our featured MMA bout of the

night is set at 136lbs and features 5-4 Tyler Weathers taking on 4-4-1 Anthony Figueroa fighting out of

Gilroy CA. This bout will not disappoint! Tyler Weathers is a submission artist coming out of Sub Fighter

Lake Forest. Weathers has been a Ballroom favorite from prior shows and is sure to bring a show when he

steps into the ring. Figueroa on the other hand is no rookie to MMA with a 4-4-1 record Figueroa is on a

mission to bring a show to the Ballroom fans.

Our second MMA fight is set at 155lbs and will hands down be one fight ballroom fans will remember as 2-0

Vince Parra returns to the Ballroom to bring 2-0 Andy Morales out of Laguna Beach a fight as someone's

"0" has got to go in this undefeated MMA battle of the night.  Parra is back coming off last years Fist Series

win against Cesar Macias. Morales on the other hand wants and accepts the challenge. Morales is looking

for a tough fight and plans to win Ballroom fans over in this MMA bout.

In our featured boxing fight of the night, undefeated heavyweight Joe Hanks will take on his toughest opponent yet when he faces accomplished heavyweight Shannon Miller. Miller, with a career record of 16-4 (9ko), is sure to bring Hanks a "Battle in the Ballroom" as he draws on past successes and experience against some of the best heavyweights in the world.  Miller recently fought top-ranked heavyweight, Derrick Rossy (25-2), to a 10-round decision before a sellout crowd in New York City's famed Madison Square Garden.

Our fifth bout at 123lbs will see Two-Time Olympic Boxing Alternate and 1-0 David "Thunder" Clark take on Jonathan Alcantara (3-1-1).  Alcantara is coming off a Feb 10th Ballroom win against Emmanuel Castro and should be up to the challenge.

Our fourth bout of the evening will take place at 149lbs and feature 2-0 Hugo Centeno Jr. from Oxnard

returning to the Ballroom after a year's absence to fight Mario Evangelista of Los Angeles.

In our opening heavyweight fight of the night, Natu Visiana 2-0 (2ko) makes his Ballroom return after

breaking his hand last year while delivering a devastating KO to then-undefeated Anthony Byoone.  Natu

returns with a vengeance as he takes on Netzahyualcoyotl Wilson of Lancaster.

The show kicks off with an exciting 168lbs bout featuring Joe Amouta of Westminister in his pro debut

against Mike Guy 1-0 of Bakersfield. Amouta will be looking for his first win as Guy attempts to keep his

record unblemished! This should be a great fight.
