- Special Thanks go out to Anthony J Sullivan for the following results:

The ACF crowd looked to be in the 3,500 range. There was a lot of pro wrestling aspects at the show as

there was lots of pyrotechnics, dancing girls (with pom poms), and a large screen with the fights on it.

Fight 1 - Amateur Bout

Reed O' Malley vs. Rocky Hoffschneider

Fight 2 - Amateur Bout

Chris Cisneros wins a unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 30-26) over Cameron Dollar

After this bout, Middleweight King of Pancrase Champion and UFC veteran Nathan Marquardt was brought

to the ring and interviewed briefly - No future bout announced though.

Fight 3 (3x5min)
Cruz Chacon wins by submission at 2:41 of the first round over Noah Thomas

The 158 lb. Chacon defeats the 155 lb Thomas who falls to 6-4 (all records were as announced) - Thomas

looked in charge with the fight on the mat until Chacon caught him with what looked like a triangle from his

back. Chacon was presented with a check for $1,000 after the fight for his win.

Fight 4 (3x5min)

Rafael Dias wins by TKO at :15 of the first round over Keith Wilson

The 155 lb. Dias (American Top Team) goes to 6-1 by beating the 158 lb. Wilson of the Toolshed Fight

Team. Dias absolutely lit him up with punches and it was over. Wilson and the crowd complained but it was

a legit stoppage. Dias was presented with a check for $1,000 after the fight for his win.

Promoter Rico Vecc then entered the "Ocho" and said he had an announcement - He brought Mark Kerr to

the ring and Kerr said he was not fighting in the main event. Kerr was fine at the weigh-in the night before but

now claimed that he hurt his hand the day of the fight. He said he wanted to fight but the doctors (claimed as

four) would not let him fight. Vecc then brought Wes Sims to the ring, along with Mark Coleman, and

presented him with the interim AFC Heavyweight title. Sims, followed by Coleman, then got on the mic and

buried Kerr for bailing out on the fight. It appeared for awhile that it could get ugly as Sims and Coleman

fueled the flames with their comments. They claimed Kerr was faking it and it was because Kerr was the

"Smashing Machine" Kerr of old.

Fight 5 (3x5min)

Daniel Betzold wins by submission (elbow strikes) at :48 of the first round over Dennis Davis

Davis (154 lbs) went for a kick, was taken down by Betzold (158 lbs) and was pounded on until he tapped.

This was a very bad match to follow the announcement of no main event as it just made an aggravated

crowd even more unhappy. The winner was presented with a $1,000 check after the bout for his win.

Fight 6 (3x5min)

Chilo Gonzalez wins by submission (arm bar) at 1:34 of the first round over Brett Shafer

Gonzalez (188 lbs), of the Toolshed Fight Team, upped his record to 20-8 by beating Team Thunder fighter

Shafer (186 lbs), who is now 8-6. Gonzalez took control right off the bat with a hip toss, then he applied the

arm bar for the win. Shafer never did a thing in this fight. Gonzalez was presented with a $1,000 check for his

win.

Fight 7 (3x5min)

Jason Britz wins by TKO (strikes) at 2:37 of the first round over Rob Wince

Britz (205 lbs), who is the assistant wrestling coach at the University of Omaha-Nebraska, went to 13-1-1 by

beating the former pro bull-rider Wince (199 lbs) of the Hammer House who is now 13-6. Wince tried to take

the wrestler down but was unable to for most of the first round. Britz then got on top and landed blows until it

was stopped. The winner was presented with the $1,000 winners check afterwards.

Fight 8 (3x5min)

Donnie Liles wins by submission (Arm bar) at 3:04 of the first round over Chris Avila

Liles (169 lbs) of the Toolshed Fight Team went to 6-1 after beating Avila (168 lbs) who now is 3-1 who trains

with Diego Sanchez and the Jackson fight team. This was the most competitive fight of the evening. They

scrambled on the ground with each looking for better positions. The tap out came as Liles got a high mount

and secured the hold as Avila tried to escape from the bottom. The winner received the $1,000 check for his

win.

Fight 9 - New Main Event (3x3min)

John Cronk wins a split decision (30-27, 29-28,28-29) over Ben Call

Cronk (180 lbs) of the Warrior Dojo went to 16-12 by winning the decision over two day replacement Call (174

lbs) now 7-2 of Jeremy Horn's Elite Performance Fight Team (Cronk's original opponent got injured) - A

decent fight. This was mainly a stand-up fight as they were continually stood up by the ref when they hit the

mat as neither tried much. Cronk said after the fight that he broke his hand in the bout.

Rico Vecc announced afterwards that the next ACF event is on July 15th at the same location with the main

event of John Cronk defending his ACF Welterweight title against Donnie Liles.
