Ring of Fire Amateur MMA Tournaments Presented by Old School Promotions Returns Home, Friday, June 25, 2010 to the San Gabriel Valley! Showcasing the best in Amateur MMA Southern California has to Offer!

ARCADIA, CA - The Historic City of Arcadia will host the return of RING OF FIRE AMATEUR MMA: The Quake in The Cage Presented by Old School Promotions in partnership with California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Organization, to be held on Friday June 25th 2010. The city known for breeding thoroughbred horses is now the breeding ground for the next bloodline of Ring of Fire MMA Tournament Champions, hailing from your favorite dojo/gym.
In 2000 our small tournaments grew in popularity in leaps and bounds. The spirit of our tournaments were featured in film, INSIDE THE RING OF FIRE, winner! the best sports documentary (Action of Film Festival 2009). Regional Gyms are invited to showcase your talent. Business are are also invited to participate in the promotional marketing campaign through sponsorships, as did regional businesses like, Velvet Industries, as well as The Vault Fitness, Official Training Center for Ring of Fire Fight Team, in Monrovia, CA; featuring talent from its newest breed of champions.
The event will feature a car show, giveaways, ring girl competition, live music and over 10 amateur fights. Upcoming Press Conference Dates, Upcoming Event Info, Musical Guests and Fight Card Announcements will follow.
Ring Of Fire Amateur Fight Night Event Information
What: Old School Promotions Announces San Gabriel Valley’s original Cage Fights returns home! Ring of Fire (ROF) Amateur Fight Nights began in 2000 as several tournaments and soon grew to breed some of today’s rising fighters from the Southwest United States. Hundreds of friends and family gathered in a warehouse on ROF Fight Nights to support their son/ daughter/ nephew/ cousin/ niece entering the ROF Cage Fight Ring; the ultimate test of their fighting style after lengthy training at their local dojo. The story was featured in the award-wining documentary titled, “INSIDE THE RING OF FIRE”, by filmmaker Kevin Slowick.
With over 20 years of fight organization experience, Old School Promotions, in partnership with California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Organization with support from local businesses and Mixed Martial Arts Sponsors, proudly presents San Gabriel Valley’s Original Amateur RING OF FIRE MMA Cage Fights.
The event will feature giveaways, fashion, live music, a car show and Ring Girl Contest.
This Historic Event will be recorded and the footage will be webcast.
When: June 25th 2010, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Event Starts at 8:00PM) A Unique Event featuring Bands, Ring Girls Competition, and showcasing the MMA Culture in Southern California.
