Al with Frank Mir at ECF

Last Saturday night, I had the pleasure to speak with Frank Mir, who is a great Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, who'll

be facing David "Tank" Abbott  in the next Ultimate Fighting Championship on February 28, 2003.  

I asked him what he thought of Abbott and what would be his strategy?

He told me that "Tank" isn't or never really was a Martial Artist and that all the trash talking he does might

just be to hype his fights. Either way it really doesn't affect him. He knows what he has to do to take out

Abbott.

It should be a great fight.
