UFC 43

With UFC 42 in the basket, the UFC returns to Las Vegas with some big names scheduled to fight June 6,

2003 in UFC 43.

Light heavyweight number one contender Chuck Liddell will face off with former two-time heavyweight

champion Randy Couture in the main event for the interim UFC light heavyweight championship. We guess

this means that they stripped Tito Ortiz of his title.

Also expected to fight:

- Ken Shamrock vs. Ian Freeman 

- Tank Abbott vs. Kimo - this would have been a great fight seven years ago

- Frank Mir

- Vitor Belfort
