The next TKO, Canada's premiere MMA show, will be held on May 22nd headlined by three title bouts.

 

Canadian lightweight champion David Goulet will defend his title against Donald Ouimet. In his last bout

at TKO 14 (November 29, 2003), Goulet won with a first round TKO over Shawn Davidson. Ouimet last

appeared at TKO 13 (September 6, 2003) where he won a three round split decision over Blake

Fredrickson.

 

The next title up for grabs will be the Canadian Middleweight title with defending champion Chris Fontaine

going up against former TKO World middleweight champion David Loiseau. Fontaine captured the

Canadian middleweight title in his last bout at TKO 15 (February 28, 2004) with a first round TKO win over

Steve Vigneault. Loiseau lost his world middleweight title in his last bout via a first round submission

(guillotine choke) to Jeremy Horn (also at TKO 15). 

 

And the last title to be put on the line will be the Canadian light heavyweight title when champion Patrick

Cote goes up against Bill Mahood. Cote last appeared at TKO 13 and won by first round knockout over

Steve Vigneault in a light heavyweight bout. Mahood was also TKO 15 participant and won by second round

TKO over Yan Pellerin.
