Updated 2/3/05 SportFight announced its next event, SportFight 9: Respect, will be held on March 26th at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon. So far, two bouts are on the books - UFC\PRIDE Bushido veteran Sean Sherk will take on Pancrase veteran Heath Sims in welterweight action while the SportFight Intercontinental light-heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira will face SportFight veteran Ed “Short-fuse” Herman.
