Soon after we visited Fight Factory this past Thursday night, owner Brendan Cosso was kind enough to

take us next door to their affiliate school and introduce us to SITYODTONG USA (Los Angeles Branch)

owner and Muay Thai champion Walter "Sleeper" Michalowski.

When we got there, Mr. Michalowski was in the middle of training his Muay Thai students and all we can say

is that it was quite impressive seeing him teach. And speaking of students, we ran into our good friend Larry

Landless, who was just finishing his workout. We pulled Larry in double duty and he interviews his

instructor, Mr. Michalowski.

But before we did the interview, Mr. Michalowski put on a demonstration - hitting the heavy bag and getting

into the ring. It was easy to see why so many fighters greatly respect Mr. Michalowski - his form is great and

he knows how to generate power. We have some photographs of Mr. Michalowski in action at the bottom of

the page. We also have a photograph of Larry with Fight Factory's Brendan Cosso.
